Bull Theory on H1N1 and politics

June 23, 2009

I have this theory that the government is letting Influenza A H1N1 to thrive in the Philippines in order for the people to be scared and focus on the disease instead of the many anomalies happening in the government.

The DOH has been saying repeatedly that there’s nothing to fear in H1N1 because the death is just an isolated case. Bull.

Do you remember when the flu was still new and there were still no cases in the Philippines? DOH kept saying there’s nothing to worry about because we are ready for the disease and the strict procedures in the country’s immigration points ensure that there will be no cases in the Philippines. A few days later, we had our first H1N1 case. Bull.

Do you remember when the first case of H1N1 was declared? The DOH said there’s nothing to worry about because everything was under control and the DOH will be able to control the spread of the disease. A few days later, H1N1 cases reach a couple of hundreds and affected schools as well as communities. Bull.

Do you remember when the DOH kept saying that the virus that was able to enter the country was a weak version and we should not be worried because the fatality rate is low? A few days later, the first H1N1 death was recorded. Big Bull.

What can we really expect from the government? Will they just let the virus spread and kill more Filipinos?

Honestly, they are the only one benefitting from it. The flu is a great issue to divert people’s attention from the outrageous worngdoings happening in the government (Con Ass is the biggest example). In fact if the flu gets too rampant, they may even cancel the 2010 elections. Plus people in the government have got nothing to fear because they can afford the best treatment abroad.

The less privileged Filipinos will be left to suffer and die from the disease.

These evil officials might ensure their seats in the government come 2010 but they have also confirmed their reservations in hell. Congratulations! Bull.

ya, you’re right. I think they are trying to divert people’s attention in H1N1 instead of the national political issues. The government is wise enough if that’s the case but as you have mention they have their place in “hell”.
